Why do I need it?

When a solution is initially implemented, varying degrees of training and skills transfer occur as part of the project. Once the solution has gone live certain tasks and functions will be performed regularly, others may not be performed at all.

It is widely acknowledged that only a small percentage of all training knowledge is used in new environments. The full benefit of all the features of new hardware is not always utilised. Our Skills Update Service helps you to plan to start utilising additional functionality as confidence and familiarity with the new system grows.

By planning regular Skills Update sessions, additional features and functionality can be brought on board at the most appropriate time. Working in this way enables you to fully utilise the potential capacity and functionality of your solution in an incremental way.
