Service Tokens

Data Integration Service Tokens are a package which allows you to purchase pre-paid bundles of support time, for issues and incidents that are not covered by our standard Break-Fix Maintenance contracts, which you can call off as an when required. Service Tokens provide an additional level of support for those unforeseen events when expert knowledge is required.

Service Tokens can be used for both remote telephone based and on-site consultancy, giving you access to engineers and consultants for ad hoc queries and incidents. The Service Tokens give an additional level of flexibility to our standard reactive Break-Fix Maintenance contracts without the commitment of entering into a full Managed Service Contract.

Why would I need Service Tokens?

Not every occasion demands the need for on-site consultancy. Sometimes you may simply need to pick up the phone and talk through how to do something prior to implementing it on your site.

Sometimes you simply need an extra pair of hands to help complete an internal project or run a report.

Service Tokens also allow pre-paid access to highly skilled technical consultants without the need to raise additional Purchase Orders or budget.
