The service is delivered using high-end Enterprise Network Management software which enables you to monitor any devices you wish, without committing to initial capital outlay, training, and ongoing support costs of buying your own network management solution. Why do I need Proactive Monitoring? Not every customer can justify the expense of an Enterprise level monitoring software tool to help with the day to day management of their network. Our customers commonly use a variety of proprietary monitoring tools to get product-specific information and statistical data but need a more holistic view across their multi-vendor environment. Sometimes time and resources simply dont allow proactive monitoring in-house and the existing tools are used for retrospective trouble-shooting rather than proactive action.
