Break-Fix Maintenance

Data Integration's Break-Fix Maintenance is a simple hardware replacement service including telephone assistance from our Support Centre and software updates for your products.

If you suffer from a hardware fault that cannot be fixed remotely, replacement hardware will be shipped to your specified site. The Service Level you choose is determined by the speed with which you need the replacement, plus your requirement for remote technical assistance.

Why choose Break-Fix Maintenance?

Within any infrastructure there will unfortunately be times when something goes wrong.  Sometimes the solution requires hardware replacement and other times the issue can be solved simply over the phone.

We offer 4 service levels which have been developed to cover the majority of customer requirements.  Whichever level of DI Reactive Support you choose you will receive:

  • Telephone and email assistance from the specialists at our Support Centre 
  • Access to our secure Portal so you can track the progress of your open calls in real time
  • Software updates to enable new features and keep your product patched against the latest bugs and vulnerabilities
