Project Management

All projects are different; the scale of work involved, resources required and timescales can vary enormously, but all projects benefit from being professionally managed.    

Data Integration uses a Prince2 based methodology for project management, which ensures a flexible and scalable approach that can be tailored to your requirements.  Customer satisfaction is assured by using a structure focused on understanding your acceptance criteria so that we complete projects on time and to budget.

Our project services have been designed to fit the needs of all customers, no matter how large or small your project.   We offer two levels of project management services, which enable you to choose a service level thats appropriate for the scale of your project. 

Tier 1 - Full Project Management. 

  • Suits the demands of more complex projects

  • Includes a complete suite of project documentation and resources such as internal and external kick off meetings, detailed project plans, regular updates and detailed reports

  • Senior project manager is allocated for the duration of the project and the project concludes with an end of project report, project handover meeting and post-project review

Tier 2 - Project Co-ordination Service 

  • Suitable for projects where extensive project management is not required but where after-sales deliverables (e.g. documentation) warrant a degree of formal handover and project sign off

  • includes a dedicated project co-ordinator, standard documentation such as a project scoping document and project team overview, and concludes with a support handover meeting
